| It takes a high level of skill and confidence in one's paddling and outdoor abilities to venture into the wilderness alone. At Scott, our solo canoes are designed and built to meet the uncompromising standards of such individuals. When selecting a solo canoe it is important that the craft is maneuverable enough to turn on command but also efficient enough that a single paddler can move the canoe across the water without excessive corrective strokes. Solo paddlers develop very close and personal relationships with their canoes. Because we know this, we have put a great deal of careful thought and consideration into the way we design and build them. |
